Dan is an expert in real estate law, banking, defective construction claims and common interest community law (condominiums, townhomes and co-ops). Prior to the merger, he was the managing partner at Standke, Greene & Greenstein, Ltd., in Minnetonka. He focuses on all aspects of commercial real estate including financing, retail, office and multi-family, as well as workouts, complex loans, foreclosures and collections on behalf of lending institutions. His practice also includes the negotiation, documentation and closing of complex financing, acquisition, development, leasing and sales transactions.
Dan has represented over three hundred Common Interest Community boards of directors and is a frequent speaker at Common Interest Community seminars. He often teaches classes pertaining to Common Interest Communities at the Minnesota Multi Housing Association.
Dan loves to sail and ride his Harley during the summer months.
