David Nightingale

Mr. Nightingale is a trial lawyer with extensive litigation experience.  His practice has included many years of jury trial experience in civil litigation and complex commercial litigation.  In addition to his advocacy work, he has served as an arbitrator in large commercial and intellectual property disputes before the American Arbitration Association.  He is a shareholder in the law firm of Bernick, Lifson, Greenstein, Greene & Liszt, P.A. which in addition to the above, provides representation in the areas of Business, Tax, and Corporate Law, Intellectual Property, Securities, Communications, Municipal Law, and Estate and Financial Planning.

David's many hobbies and interests include Welsh rugby, running, and beer.  In addition, as an undergraduate booked and promoted the Rolling Stones for a gig at university.
